Compensation:
- Top Owner Operators average $240,000 - $260,000 gross annual earnings.
- Avg. 7K gross weekly earnings.
- Avg. 2,500 miles weekly.
- Weekends Home.
- OTR Van, no touch freight.
- No forced dispatch.
- Total settlements include:
- Owner paid 80% of gross line haul revenue, no insurance surcharges!
- Currently, our average line haul rate is $2.40 per mile (based on market)
- 100% fuel surcharge paid.
- Driver Referral Bonus - $1,500 for Company Drivers and $5,000 for Owner Operators
- Parking is offered at Real yards - IL, NJ.
- For parking outside of these states, Real Trucking may provide support.
- Security Deposit/Escrow: $2,000 ($250/week) refundable 30 days after lease canceled with all company assets returned.
- Weekly settlements via direct deposit every Friday.

Home Time, Route & Schedule:
- Home Time: Most routes provide 1- 2 weeks of OTR Van work. Drivers near metro Chicago & Philadelphia markets enjoy weekends at home.
- Home time requests may be accommodated with advanced notice.
- Route: Real Trucking transports goods across the US— Midwest, Northeast & Southeast

Equipment Required:
- Must have your own truck that will pass our DOT inspection, get Real compliant.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A License
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Owner Operators with arrest and conviction records will be considered pursuant to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Leasing Owner Operators from IL, IN, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, WI
- Based 100 miles of metro Chicago or Philadelphia highly preferred.
